Many affluent buyers are attacted to Laurel Oaks Golf & Country Club.  With many local and global residents, not to mention celebreties, this community has 12 tennis courts and an outstanding golf course.

Spectacular curb appeal along with mature oaks and spacious setbacks between homes, Laurel Oaks has a reputation for being one of the most sought after addresses for homes and villas in Sarasota. 

Prices in Laurel Oaks Golf & Country Club usually vary from $300,000 for villas and single family homes to well over $1 million for the larger estate homes.  When the market hit its peak in 2005, homes were being bought and torn down to allow for more spacious and grandier homes in this community, we are now seeing the best pricing we've seen in years.
