The Celebration Series has six floor plans ranging in square footage from 1569 to 2535 and prices start at $176,990 and go up to $226,990. That's a price per square foot of $97.25 for new construction. The floor plans are: Bay Breeze, Freshwater 2, White Sand, Blue Sky 2, Starlight and Sunrise.

The included features are well worth the price and include appliance packages for the kitchens include dishwasher, gas range in the Cottage Series and electric range in the Celebration Series along with garbage disposal in both.  The schools are Willis Elementary, Braden River Middle, Braden River High School.
