They are now selling in GrayHawk Landing, Walkers Cove in River Place and Legends at IMG Academy. D.R. Horton has taken a strong postition to be a dominant player in the new home construction and development market. They know the market is prime with opportunity for the discriminating buyer that doesn’t want go through the worries of purchasing short sales, foreclosures or perhaps homes that could be affected by the Chinese Drywall issue. I look for them to be aggressive in acquiring past developments that are sitting idle as the time is right for purchasing land.
