The Enclave in Sarasota
Here’s a video of mine I did about 2 years ago on the market statistics in my community, The Enclave. Located off of Palmer Road, The Enclave has a strong appeal for all ages and lifestyles. Listen in the video as I comment on the square foot at that time. Pretty sad it’s hovering at about $100 PPSF now. Sometimes less depending on which foreclosure you use as a comparable in a market analysis.

Sarasota Siesta Key

Siesta Key real estate is without a doubt, a great place to manage and sell homes and condos. You never feel as if you’re working when you’re there. I have to explain to potential buyers, if you’re in the game and willing, able and ready to buy then you better have your ducks in a row. Don’t wait to get your financing in order. The deals are there and when the good ones hit the market, have your check book ready.

Making the change
I’ve recently departed ways with D.R. Horton and am now moving back to general real estate. My decision was based on the fact that general real estate has so much to offer when it comes to variety, inventory and location. I”m looking forward to a rewarding season.
