Here’s a video of mine I did about 2 years ago on the market statistics in my community, The Enclave. Located off of Palmer Road, The Enclave has a strong appeal for all ages and lifestyles.  Listen in the video as I comment on the square foot at that time. Pretty sad it’s hovering at about $100 PPSF now.  Sometimes less depending on which foreclosure you use as a comparable in a market analysis.

I just recently completed a door hanging campaign in Deerfield. 93 homes in all. This neighborhood is a real charm located off of Porter Road. One thing that caught my eye was a majority of homes have their American flag hanging outside.

It felt like small town U.S.A. There is definitely a sense of community in Deerfield and the few folks I met were very friendly.  The central gazebo and common area right as you enter the community are maticuliously kept.
