New Homes by Medallion at University Groves is in full swing. I visited the community this past weekend to find a large turnout of Parade of Homes visitors browsing the model. Prices in this community dating back to 2006 started in the $400′s. Today the price point is attractive and there are many”Sold” signs on the lots. Floor plans range from 1673 sq. ft. to 2456 sq. ft. with prices ranging from $219k – $284k.
